CrossFit PreTeen (Ages 10-13)

A functional exercise program that develops strength, coordination, balance, agility, flexibility and endurance. CrossFit combines the practice of Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics and Endurance. All classes follow the formula Mechanics, then Consistency, then and only then, Intensity. For many of our young athletes, CrossFit Kids is the perfect program to help improve sports performance; for some, CrossFit IS their sport! Athletes will: push, pull, lift, climb, crawl, run, jump, skip, throw and catch. (60 Mins)
