CrossFit Junior Varsity (*Ages 11 - 14)

A functional exercise program that develops strength, coordination, balance, agility, flexibility and endurance. CrossFit combines the practice of Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics and Endurance. All classes follow the formula Mechanics, then Consistency, then and only then, Intensity. For many of our young athletes, CrossFit is the perfect program to help improve sports performance; for some, CrossFit IS their sport! Athletes will: push, pull, lift, climb, crawl, run, jump, skip, throw and catch. We recommend participants 12 years of age to complete at least three months of PreTeen before going into Junior Varsity. (60 Mins)
